ICOM Coronavirus Guidelines for Appointments
Procedures for attending appointments at our clinic are outlined below.
Before your appointment
You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment.
Your practitioner may contact you prior to your appointment if they need to assess your condition, otherwise they will take information from you on arrival to ensure that it is appropriate to carry out treatment .
You are strongly advised to wear a mask to your appointment, especially in communal areas, although this is no longer compulsory.
By visiting ICOM and entering the clinic you are confirming that you do not have any of the following symptoms of COVID:
- New or persistent cough
- Loss of taste or smell
Please help our patients and staff to remain safe and healthy. If you develop symptoms of Covid-19 by the time of the appointment, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
We have opened up the reception waiting area indoors for you to use at your discretion. Please exercise caution when using this room, according to your condition. If you would still prefer to wait outside, please text your practitioner or phone reception on 01342 313106. Your practitioner will collect you when they are ready. If you do not have a mobile phone, please wait in your car or outside until your practitioner is ready to collect you.
Following your appointment, payment will be taken either by card machine, BACs payment or cash.
