Feeling happy enables us to be healthier, more creative and closer to the people in our lives. Emotions such as anger, sadness and fear are often viewed as negative or unhelpful. Yet they are fundamentally part of who we are, they are part of you.

For over 10 years Juliette has been studying human behaviour and emotions and runs her own private practice in East Grinstead offering Counselling & Psychotherapy to adults and children.

In this 1 hour talk Juliette explains how each of these emotions are positive, necessary, and can serve us in leading a fuller, more creative, happier lives.
